IES has based on multiple Japanese engineers and Chinese engineers who has experienced on the oversea market to give professional consultancy services to those oversea enterprises including Japanese enterprises since Jan of 2004.

Furthermore, IES (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. invested to set up IES Mechanical Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. (Excluding Civil Engineering) on 2006 to adapt dynamic construction industry in China for undertake small projects which has high request in quality and accuracy installation by owner however the big construction companies are not interested in "meagre profit" .
